Client Valuation Service

CLIENT VALUATION SERVICE

At Daniel Sean Jewellery Limited, I also offer an independent valuation service for customers.

The registered valuer I use has been involved in the jewellery and watch trade since 2005, for luxury jewellers on Bond Street, multiple retailers, family run independents and pawnbrokers. This has given her vast experience in all areas of the trade with a fantastic knowledge.

We can provide our clients with valuations on their jewellery, watches, silverware and other associated articles. Whilst this is often for insurance purposes, we can also offer Probate/Confirmation of Will and Division and Divorce services.

Valuations can be undertaken at your home, through myself at my studio/workshop, via the postal service or at your bank or solicitors' office.

The service is professional, discreet and crystal clear.

WHY DO I NEED A VALUATION?

A valuation is usually required for a number of reasons by professional bodies. For example, your Insurer or Broker may request one to confirm an items value for replacement in the event of loss or theft, or HMRC may require one to list the assets of the deceased. For which ever reason, a valuation is so much more than just a description and value.

In terms of Insurance, a valuation includes all the essential details and specifics of your item, including digital images which enables Insurance companies to find an adequate replacement or settlement figure. This is extremely important with vintage and antique items, as well as branded goods.
